1. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable unless:
* The merchant sent the wrong item.
* The purchased item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or information advertised on the website.
* The purchased item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
* Exceed the delivery timeline per the company’s Shipping Policy
2. For refund, the customer is required to provide:
* A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
* A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
* Relevant photographs, order details, or other supporting documents requested by the company.
All return and refund requests must be sent to the company at helang_digital@outlook.com. within 24 hours of receiving of the item.
Any requests submitted after the 24-hour period or without the above mentioned required evidences will not be accepted.
